| What are the deadlines for entering? | There are two deadlines each month for entering - an online and a mail-in entry deadline. Online and mail-in entries must be received by the deadlines posted on our guidelines page. Deadlines vary. Please check the guidelines page for the current deadlines. |

| How many photos can I send? | You should send one main entry photo which is required. You may enter additional photos for the optional categories and/or more than one photo for Prince & Princess. The choice is yours and each photo is considered an entry and charged the appropriate fee. |

| How and when are the monthly finalists announced? | The monthly finalists are announced on the website on or around the 5th of every month and certificates are mailed approximately every two to three months to all finalists selected to move into the finals from the monthly contests. |

| What do you do when there is a tie? | Sometimes it is impossible to break a tie. Our babies are just too cute and judging is not easy. So we do have ties on the monthly as well as National Level. |

| When will my baby's photo be online? | All Main Entry photos are posted to Book-a-Baby just prior to the announcement of the monthly finalists or on the same date. Photos selected as monthly finalists are posted on the current month's finalists page as well as the Prince & Princess Division and Additional Category pages. Those photos not selected to move into the finals are not posted other than main entry photos which are posted on Book-a-Baby. |

| I live out of the country. Can I still enter my baby? | All babies with US citizenship and within the age limits of the 2007 contest, 0 - 26 months, are eligible to enter even if parents are living or stationed out of the country. |

| What do the judges look for? | Our judges look for facial symmetry, expression, and that certain sparkle in the eyes. General appearance, appropriateness to the category entered, and potential are also considered. Photos with clear uncluttered backgrounds as well as photos showing your child looking into the camera or photos with terrific expressions usually do well in the judging. |

| Is it safe to pay online? | Secure online payments are accepted by credit card or online checking via PayPal. You do not need to join PayPal in order to submit payment, just follow the directions when making your payment. |
