- Only babies 0 - 26 months of age may enter. HaHaHa! You're too old! But if your baby is the right age, enter today!
- All babies must be USA Citizens - Sorry 'bout that...
- All parents/guardians are responsible for obtaining and/or providing a copyright photo release for submitted photos. Note: Important Copyright Information Below.
- All photos become the property of Quest Worldwide Productions (QWP) and will not be returned.
- By entering this contest you give permission to QWP to utilize said photos for publicity and/or promotional purposes, print and/or electronic media.
- All babies may be re-entered at any time during the contest year including the monthly finalists.
- Late entries are automatically entered into the next monthly contest and search. Be sure to complete your entries! There are no refunds.
- Photos will be judged by a panel selected by Quest Worldwide Productions. The judges decisions are final. As you can imagine it is a difficult task even for our judges as all babies are cute and precious in their own little ways.
- Proof of age may be required before presentation of final awards or at any time during the contest year.
- All decisions regarding inquiries/bookings are parents/guardians privilege to accept or deny. QWP is not an agency. There are no commission fees involved.
- QWP acts only as liaison between interested reputable companies, agents or agencies & child/parent/guardian or agency representing baby. QWP accepts no responsibility thereafter.
- Babies of employees, agents, & representatives of QWP are not eligible to compete.
- Taxes on any awards given are the parent/guardian's responsibility.
- Contest void where prohibited by law.
- By entering you also agree to the general overall terms of questmodels.com as described in our terms/privacy policy section of this website.
- America's PP&P is not associated with any other baby competition on the world wide web and does not support or recommend any other competition that may appear to be similar. Please notify us at ppp@questmodels.com with any concerns or questions you may have regarding any other similarly displayed content.

NOTE: | If mailing your entry, remember to enclose the photographers copyright release for your baby's photographs. If emailing your photos, be sure to obtain a copyright release from the copyright holder. Copyright release for emailed photos may be required by our company at any time as proof of your having obtained permission from the copyright holder for the purpose of entering this competition and allowing photos to be displayed. You may forward your release to us by mail so it will be on file. Whether mailed or emailed, this includes photos you have taken, photos your friends have taken, and photos you have had taken by professional photographers/photography studios. We have provided our photographers copyright release which should be signed by the person who took the photo whether it be you or a friend or a professional photographer to have your baby's photograph released for publication. This release allows the copyright holder to retain all rights to the original photograph while allowing it or a reproduction to be published by QWP in print and/or electronically on our website. Photographs imprinted with your photographer or photography studio's name on the front or "copyright" on the back must be released by the photographer or photography studio as well as all other photos. Many studios and professional photographers have their own releases which you may obtain and use in place of ours. Please check with them prior to entering on any fees they may charge you for providing a release. If unable to obtain a release for the photo you wish to enter, remember, snapshots are sometimes the best way to present your child's expressions captured by a family member who knows them well!
