MODEL SEARCH 2000 WINNERS ANNOUNCED
Newport News, VA, August 15, 2000 - Models of the 21st Century National Photo Model Search
Quest Worldwide Productions announces the top winners in the Models of the 21st Century and 21st Century Kids National Photo Model Search for the Year 2000. Christine Hellman from Florida has been named Model of the Year 2000. The child title went to Hannah ** from Kentucky. Selected from 24 monthly finalists, both will receive US Savings Bonds, official medallions and certificates and be featured on the Models of the 21st Century website. The monthly winners each received an online portfolio on The Models Board USA or Models Board USA Kids, online talent directories at questmodels.com, along with a certificate of achievement.
The search is a fun, inexpensive, and stress free way for aspiring women, men, teenagers, and children to showcase themselves to agents, scouts and other members of the fashion and entertaiment world who may be browsing the world wide web in search of new faces and rising talent.
The search ran from August 1999 through July 2000 with monthly winners selected in both the adult and child divisions. Entrants were judged by a panel selected by Quest Worldwide Productions on photogenic qualities with a strong emphasis on natural beauty and personality which showed through in their submitted photographs.
"We hope that as a result of this contest, many will see the advantages of entering a model search and competition online as opposed to traditional pageatry which involves much expense." said Deborah Davidson, President of Quest Worldwide Productions.
