NEWPORT NEWS, VA - Quest Worldwide Productions (QWP), producers of modeling and talent online events and competitions, and Discovery Entertainment, producers of performance tours abroad for dancers and singers, today announced an agreement to co-ordinate efforts toward expanding promotion of Discovery's foreign tour events through online application to dance companies, dance teams, singing groups, and bands across the nation interested in touring and performing in foreign countries.
QWP will accept online applications from directors of performing groups of 20 - 30 members interested in auditioning for the summer tours.
Discovery Entertainment, home based in Mesa, Arizona provides performance tours to Spain, Italy, France, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and other countries. Many tours are sponsored in part by the foreign cultural offices of the individual countries.
"By giving group directors access to information and online applications, we hope to increase the number of participating dance studios, singing groups, and bands," said Debbi Davidson, president of QWP. Most tours are scheduled one year in advance.
