I understand and agree: 1: My childs photo(s) will be entered into the 21st Century KIDS Search and accept that the judging panel is selected by Quest Worldwide Productions (QWP) and all judges decisions are final. 2: I acknowledge I am responsible for obtaining a copyright release for any photos I do not hold original copyright to and agree I have obtained the legal right and permission to use said photos for entry and publication on questmodels.com. 3: Quest Worldwide Productions (QWP) and QuestModels.com will not be held responsible in any way for copyrighted photos. 4: Any inquiries received by industry will be forwarded to me by email and it is at my discretion to pursue contact, accept or deny any assignment and/or audition my child may receive as a result of participation.  5: QWP does not guarantee that my child will secure work or be called to audition, or be offered any job or employment by anyone to include, but not limited to, any talent agent, manager, producer, or casting director or service of any kind and is not held responsible for any jobs, assignments or meetings arranged by me with any other person, company, or third party whatsoever.  6. For security purposes, my child's last name will not appear online and no street address and personal contact information will be included or given out to any third party without my permission. Any personal information included has been provided by me to QWP for the purpose of contacting me regarding the competition. 7: I agree my electronic signature is below and is my agreement with the rules of the search, the terms and conditions as described above and the general terms of use/privacy policy of QuestModels.com as posted online and hereby waive, release, discharge Quest Worldwide Productions and its directors, agents, representatives, and any employees and sponsors from any claims resulting from my and my childs participation in the 21st Century KIDS search on questmodels.com including, but not limited to, attorney fees and any claims brought as a result of internet failure/security beyond the control of QWP.
